General Information

CHADA was formed by the amalgamation of the Service Providers Network (aged care) and the Service Coordination Sub Committee of the Full Alliance.

CHADA takes action to influence co-ordinated service, systems and processes to have a positive impact on the client experience across the Central Highlands Region.

It is the aged platform for CHPCP providing advice on issues for older people in the community, people with a disability and associated services.

It provides a forum for sharing ideas and information, identifies, advocated and responds to service gaps and issues.
