CHPCP Structure

Early in 2006 the Central Highlands Primary Care Partnership reviewed its structure and its capacity to meet member agency needs as well as those of the range of partnerships with other networks and non-member agencies. The review identified the need to change to a more accommodating structure to build on partnership work.

The Full Alliance partnership work has focused on the restructure of CHPCP into life stage platforms that would provide a wider coverage of the service sectors and allow engagement of program streams across member agencies and externally.
